The Väike Emajögi ( German Small Embach, Võro Väikene Imäjõgi ) is a 82 km long river in the south of Estonia Valga County.

The Väike Emajögi rises in the mountain range of the lake Otepaeae Pühajärv. It empties into the lake at its southern tip Võrtsjärv.

Its most important tributary is the River Pedeli. More left tributaries are the rivers Visula and Ärnu.

The catchment area of Väike Emajögi is about 1380 km ².

Historically, it was due to the low gradient in the lower reaches only the upper reaches of the river water mills. On a map of 1796 seven mills are recorded. At the river valley near the village of Jõgeveste (municipality helmets) is the mausoleum built in 1823 for Michael Andreas Barclay de Tolly family.
