Vaimõisa ( German Waddemois ) is a village (Estonian küla ) in the Estonian rural municipality in the district Märjamaa Rapla. It has 93 inhabitants (as of 31 December 2005). Vaimõisa is close to the major highway between Tallinn ( Reval ) and Pärnu ( Pärnu ), approximately 50 km northeast of Haapsalu ( Haapsalu ).

The estate belonged to the oldest of Vaimõisa possession of the driving Bach family, in 1476 sold the manor Louis Kalff, 1494 it was again in the possession of Hans Bach Drive. In 1529 the estate was sold to Claus Ungern. End of the 18th century the estate was owned by the expanded Nasackin family. From 1802 it belonged to the family Wilcken. In 1899 the estate was the property of Alfred Christian Schmidt.

The two-storey main building was erected in 1818 in the style of early classicism. The facade design is kept simple. The central projection of the triangular pediment shows the coat of arms Nasackin family. The rooms in the basement have a vaulted ceiling. The state rooms are upstairs. The historic parquet floors and the doors have been preserved. By 1974, in the house a school was housed. Today it is privately owned.

Not far from the main building there is a stone shed and the stables and carriage building. The 2.5 -hectare park of the equipment by pulling a lime avenue. Behind the mansion there is a pond. Nearby is a historic windmill in the Dutch style is ( now a ruin ). Receive is also just 500 m away from the main house of the estate, with its neo-gothic wrought facade.
