Valbroye since July 1, 2011, a municipality in the canton of Vaud in Switzerland. It arose from the communities Cerniaz (VD), Combremont -le- Grand, Combremont -le- Petit, Granges- près- Marnand, Marnand, Sassel Seigneux and Villars- Bramard July 1, 2011., The seat of the municipality is located in Granges- près- Marnand.

The fusion community was originally supposed to include the communities Champtauroz, Dompierre, Henniez and Treytorrens (Payerne ). The merger was rejected in the proposed form of three communities. In total, 33 voters in Dompierre, Henniez and Treytorrens the rash. Then also Champtauroz had decided to withdraw from the project.
