The Valcamonica (also Valcamonica ) is a 70 km long valley in the Lombardy province of Brescia between the Tonale Pass and Lake Iseo. It is drained by the river Oglio. Biggest place is Darfo Boario Terme. Valcamonica one of the three main valleys ( Tre Valli ) of the province, the other two are Val and Val Sabbia Trompia.

The name derives from the Camunni (now Camunen ) ago, the Iron Age people who lived before Christ in the valley in the 1st century. The Valcamonica is especially known for the large number of rock engravings that show everyday motifs, geometric patterns and abstract shapes. The engravings are part of world heritage by UNESCO.
