Vale Special

The Vale Motor Company from Maida Vale in London, England, is a former manufacturer of sports cars. Between 1932 and 1936 (according to other sources 1935) around 100 copies were produced and marketed as Vale or Vale Special.

The models

All models had a bought- engine, which was built as a front engine and rear wheel drive. Most cars were open two-seater, the rare four-seater were called Tourette's.

8 HP Special

This model was produced from 1932 to 1935. The four-cylinder engine came from Triumph and made from 832 cc 28 hp.

A vehicle can be visited in Historicum in Sargan, Switzerland.

1100

This model from 1935 to 1936 had a four-cylinder engine from Coventry Climax, which delivered 47 hp from 1,098 cc displacement.

Six

This model from 1935 to 1936 had a six-cylinder engine from Coventry Climax with 1,476 cc displacement.

1 ½ Litre

This model was also produced from 1935 to 1936. For use came a four-cylinder engine from Meadows, which delivered 72 hp from 1,496 cc displacement.
