Vallülasee

The Vallülasee is very remote in detour -filled terrain northeast of the mountain Vallüla ( 2813 m above sea level. A. ) in the Silvretta, the southern Montafon (Vorarlberg / Austria ), in the municipality of gas churn.

The lake is located on the north flank of the Vallüla on the Paßlandschaft Of Budina because that leads to the mountain of the sun Kleinvermunt to the Tyrol, at about 2150 m, and can be reached only on foot.

The lake is fed and drained by the Upper Vallülabach shortly after its source corridor. The Upper Vallülabach in turn opens through the Vallülabach (associated with the coming of the Biel tip Lower Vallülabach ) and the Verbellabach and then in the Ill.

The lake is located in Greater biotope Vallülatäler (No. 11020 ) of the biotope inventory Vorarlberg.
