Valrhona

Valrhona (named after the Rhône Valley, Vallée du Rhône) is a medium-sized manufacturer of cocoa products such as chocolate bars, chocolate and pralines, including varietal chocolate bars from certain cocoa -growing areas with year of data ( " Chocolats de Domaine ").

The Tain l'Hermitage in the French resident in the department of Drôme company was founded in 1922 by pastry chef Alberic Guironnet. It supplies its products only to selected delis, restaurants and pastry shops. About half of the production is exported.
