Vangunu

Vangunu is an island of New Georgia archipelago in the Western Province of the Solomon Islands. It is 509 square kilometers, the fourth largest of about 20 islands and is located in the southeast of the archipelago, between the main island of New Georgia and Nggatokae ..

The highest elevation is at 1082 m above sea level. At only two settlements are to be mentioned on the southwest coast.
