The Varenne is a river in France, which runs in the Haute-Normandie region in the département of Seine- Maritime. It rises in the municipality of Saint -Martin- Osmonville, drained generally in a northwesterly direction through the Pays de Bray, and joins after 40 kilometers at Arques -la -Bataille with the rivers Béthune and Eaulne. They thus form the river Arques, which flows, in turn, after approximately six kilometers in the English Channel.
