Vasily Pavlovich Rochev

Vasily Pavlovich Rotschew (Russian Василий Павлович Рочев; born December 22, 1951 in Bakur, Komi ASSR ) is a former Russian cross-country skier who competed for the Soviet Union in the 1970s and early 1980s. He is the father of Vasily Vasilyevich Rotschew and is married to Nina Rotschewa; both are also successful cross-country skier.

At the 1980 Winter Olympics Rotschew won the gold medal with the Soviet 4x10 km relay and was second over 30 km. At the World Championships 1974 he won received silver and bronze medals.
