Vayikra (parsha)
Vayikra (Hebrew ויקרא, " And he called " [to be completed: the Moses ] ) denotes a reading portion ( Parasha or Sidra called ) of the Torah, and includes the text of Leviticus / Vayikra 1.1 to 5.26.
It is the Sidra of the first Sabbath in the month of Nissan or the 2nd Sabbath in the month of Adar Sheni.
