Veli Acar

Veli Acar ( born August 30, 1981 in Kelekçi, Denizli ) is a Turkish football player.

Career

Acar began his career in the 4th league in Denizli Belediyespor. In three years Acar completed 90 games and scored 20 goals. In summer 2005, he undertook the second division side Bursaspor. He succeeded with Bursaspor immediate rise in the Turkcell Süper Lig, where he also became Turkish champion at the end of the season 2009/10. For the 2010/11 season, he joined the newly promoted Konyaspor.

After just one season he moved to Denizlispor. Here he was for two seasons starting players and captain of the team.

For the 2013/14 season he was engaged by the first division club Mersin Idman Yurdu.
