Venezolana de Televisión

Venezolana de Televisión ( VTV ) is a nationwide radiating, state television station in Venezuela. It was founded on 1 August 1964 as a private television station Cadena under the name Venezolana de Televisión ( CVTV ). In September 1974, the station was purchased by the Venezuelan government and received on April 8, 1976 its current name. His motto is " El Canal de Todos los Venezolanos ' " ( German: the transmitters of all Venezuelans ).

Program content of the transmitter are older cultural programs, documentaries and news and opinion programs. The latter two transmission formats take today (2012 ) the majority of transmission time.
