Venezuela Fed Cup team

The Venezuelan Fed Cup team is the national team of Venezuela tennis, which is used in the Fed Cup. The Fed Cup (until 1995 Federation Cup ) is the most important competition for national teams in women's tennis, similar to the Davis Cup for the men.

History

For the first time took part in the Venezuela 1984 Fed Cup. The best result was reaching the play-offs to the World Group in 1998 and 2001.
