Verduzzo Trevigiano

Verduzzo Trevigiano is an indigenous white grape variety of northern Italy and a classic variety of the Veneto region. Their cultivation is in the provinces of Venice and Treviso (both in the Veneto region ) is recommended. Admitted she is also in the province of Pordenone in the Friuli- Venezia Giulia. In 1999, a 2,575 hectare of area under vines was charged.

The late-ripening variety is growing strongly and provides uniform yields. The varietal white wines are from straw yellow to golden yellow in color and have a very high alcohol content. The wine is a varietal or blended input into the DOC Lison Pramaggiore wines and Vini del Piave and is often used together with the variety verduzzo Friulano.
