Vergemoli

Vergemoli is a district of the municipality Fabbriche di Vergemoli in the province of Lucca in Tuscany. It is located in the Garfagnana, a tributary of the Serchio Valley.

Geography

The neighboring towns are Fabbriche di Vallico, Gallicano, Molazzana, Pescaglia and Camaiore. In addition to the main town also includes the villages of Calomini, Fornovolasco, San Pellegrinetto and Campolemisi to the site.

History

On January 1, 2014, the City was merged with the neighboring municipality of Fabbriche di Vallico the new community Fabbriche di Vergemoli.
