Verna Felton
Verna Felton ( born July 20, 1890 in Salinas, California, † December 14, 1966 in Hollywood, California ) was an American actress and voice actress.
Life
Her film debut was in 1917 in Felton The Chosen Prince, or The Friendship of David and Jonathan in the role of Michal. Other movies and series, in which she appeared, were, among others, The Sniper, I Love Lucy and December Bride.
In 1941, Felton also served as spokesperson in film and television. Among other things, she has been heard in the Walt Disney animated feature films such as Dumbo, Lady and the Tramp and The Jungle Book as well as in the series The Flintstones. In addition, she has been heard in radio shows such as The Jack Benny Program and The Abbott and Costello Show.
From 1923 until his death in 1941 Verna Felton was married to the spokesman Lee Millar. The actor Lee Millar was her son. Verna Felton died in 1966 of a stroke, just hours before the death of Walt Disney.
Verna Felton is a star on the Walk of Fame dedicated.
