Veronika Bayer

Veronika Bayer ( born June 4, 1940 in Stuttgart, † January 31, 2008 in Bochum, North Rhine -Westphalia) was a German actress.

Life

She took acting lessons with Else Bongers in Berlin. After that, she has been engaged at the Volksbühne Berlin (1962), at the Düsseldorf Schauspielhaus ( 1967-1972 ), at the Bavarian State Theatre in Munich (1972 ), in Vienna (1973, directed by Jean -Pierre Ponnelle in Alfred de Musset's Man playing at the Burgtheater not with love in the Academy theater), to the stages of the city of Cologne (1973-1975) and again at the Düsseldorf Schauspielhaus ( 1976-1980 ). In 1981 she became a member of the ensemble of the newly founded Theater an der Ruhr in Mülheim an der Ruhr. Since the season 2000/2001, Bayer was permanent member at the Schauspielhaus Bochum.
