Véronique

Véronique is the name of a French sounding rocket with liquid fuel propulsion. It was widely used in the beginning of the French space research, initially of two launch sites of the Centre d' Essais d' engins Interarmées spéciaux in the Sahara ( Colomb - Béchar and Hammaguir ), then in Kourou (French Guiana ). The Véronique was built in 1950-1969 in several versions, of which versions of P2, P6 and R were only test pattern.
