Viana do Castelo District

The District of Viana do Castelo Distrito de Viana do Castelo, is a district in the north of Portugal, which corresponds to the traditional province of Minho. In the north and east boundaries Spain, south of the Braga District and west of the Atlantic Ocean to the district. Area: 2255 km ². 250 273 inhabitants ( 2001).
