Vic Stanfield

Vic Stanfield ( born May 12, 1951) is a retired Canadian professional ice hockey player.

Career

In 1976, Vic Stanfield was brought by his friend Dick Decloe from Canada to Krefeld. Vic Stanfield was a defender in a class, with exceptional offensive qualities. This was reflected in his outstanding technique and vision in the game design. His tremendous blow shots were feared everywhere.

After the bankruptcy of the CRF in 1978 Stanfield joined the Cologne Sharks and in 1979 German Masters. But in 1980 he returned to Krefeld.

Vic Stanfield was in Krefeld for ice sports idol. 1988 Stanfield was formally proclaimed, his shirt number 4 is no longer awarded in his honor since in Krefeld. From 1990 he was a year coach in Grefrath. Then he opened a golf course in Tilton, New Hampshire USA.
