Vicente Trueba Perez ( born October 16, 1905 in Sierrapando de Torrelavega; † 10 November 1986) was a Spanish professional road racer. Trueba was the first winner of the mountains classification in the Tour de France in 1933. Trueba was in the years 1928-1933 cyclist, but was not a member of a professional team in many seasons. So he joined in 1928, 1930-1932 and 1937-1939 as individualist. In addition to winning the mountains classification in the Tour de France he succeeded in 1933 with the sixth place in the standings also his best result there. A year later, he reached the tenth place overall and second in Bergclassement. During his professional time he won the GP Pascuas just another race. His brothers José, Manuel and Fermín were also racers.
