Victor Hugo Halperin
Victor Halperin ( born August 24, 1895 in Chicago, Illinois; † 17 May 1983; Benton, Arizona) was a director, writer and producer of numerous films. Halperin has been known as a director of horror films, but turned with Nation Aflame also an anti- racism film. This film was based on a novella of the racist author Thomas Dixon.
