Víctor Manuel Barceló

Víctor Manuel Rodríguez Barceló ( b. 1936 in Emiliano Zapata ( Tabasco ), Tabasco (Mexico) ) is a former Mexican ambassador.

Life

Víctor Manuel Barceló Rodríguez came in 1953 in the Partido Revolucionario Institucional one. In the PRI, he was in 1953 when the youth organization, from 1976 to 1979 at the Comisión de Asuntos Internacionales of CEN, 1979-1980 Deputy Head of IEPES, 1981-1986 Member of the Comité Nacional de Ideologia. Víctor Manuel Rodríguez Barceló studied from 1953 to 1955 at the Escuela Normal Superior ( México ) [ wp 1]. From 1958 to 1962 he studied at the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México, a study of business. He was State Secretary in the Secretaría de Educación Pública. 1965 was Víctor Manuel Barceló Rodríguez economic attaché in Buenos Aires and Montevideo .. From 1970 to 1979 he was Mexican ambassador in Bern and representatives of the Mexican government at the United Nations in Bern. From 1979 to 1982 he headed the state armament factory Fábrica Nacional de Maquinaria y Herramientas. From 1981 to 1985 he headed the Instituto de Capatación Agraria. From 1985 to 1988 he was Secretary of State for organization and rural development. In 1999 he was governor in the state of Tabasco. From 1999 to 2000 he headed the Comité Administrador del Programa Federal de Escuelas de Construcion ( Federal school construction program management ). From 1964 to 1965 he was secretary at the Escuela Nacional de Economia at UNAM. From 1961 to 1965 he was a professor at the UNAM. From 1967 to 1970 he was a professor at the Universidad de Buenos Aires.
