Víctor Moreno (cyclist)

Víctor Cecilio Moreno Sevilla (born 15 July 1985 in Cojedes ) is a Venezuelan track and road racing cyclist.

Victor Moreno was founded in 2006 in San Carlos Venezuelan champion in individual time trial of the U23 class. He also won a stage at the Vuelta al Estado Portuguesa and two pieces at the Vuelta Ciclista Aragua. The next year, Moreno won a stage at the Vuelta a Venezuela and the time trial at the Juegos Nacionales Venezuela. In 2008 he was successful in the two -day race Virgen de la Candelaria and El Clasico Ciudad de Valencia. He was also the national runner-up in the road race and he each won a stage at the Vuelta al Oriente and in the Vuelta al Estado Trujillo.
