Victor Purcell

Victor Purcell ( born January 26, 1896 † January 2, 1965 ), Doctor of Philosophy ( Ph.D.), was a British colonial administrator and China researcher. During his service in Malaysia, he has been dealing with the role of the local Chinese minority and published on this subject some important basic works. From the Christmas Island him a stamp was dedicated.
