Victor Williams (actor)
Victor L. Williams ( born September 19, 1970 in Brooklyn, New York) is an American actor and producer. He is best known for his role in the sitcom The King of Queens as Deacon Palmer.
Williams attended Midwood High School in Brooklyn, New York and Binghamton University. Other credits include ER and Law & Order. He also had a cameo appearance in the film Cop Land.
