Victoria Dillard ( born September 20, 1969 in New York City ) is an American actress.

At the age of five years, Victoria Dillard began at Dance Theatre of Harlem with acting and remained there until she was 18. During this time she performed on in Porgy and Bess at the Metropolitan Opera.
After that they went with the play, A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum ' with Mickey Rooney on tour. Victoria Dillard also had a guest appearance in an episode of the science fiction series Star Trek: The Next Generation.
