Victoriaville Tigres
The Tigres de Victoriaville are a Canadian Junior Hockey team from Victoriaville in the province of Quebec, the Quebec Major Junior playing in the Hockey League. Play their home games in the franchise in the Colisee Desjardins.
History
For the 1982/83 season the team was founded in Longueuil in the Canadian province of Québec as Longueuil Chevaliers. 1987 attracted the Chevaliers to enable Victoriaville, where they are since under the present name on the ice. 2002 won the Coupe du Président the Tigres, the championship of the QMJHL. Thus they earned to participate in the Memorial Cup in 2002, where they were subject to the Kootenay Ice of the Western Hockey League in the final.
