Vid Belec ( born June 6, 1990 in Maribor) is a Slovenian football goalkeeper who is under contract with Inter Milan and is on loan to SC Olhanense.

Club career

Inter Milan

Belec, who was also a talented tennis player in his youth, began his career in the youth team of NK Maribor. After he took part in a trial at Inter Milan in December 2006, he was taken in January 2007 at the age of 16 under contract.

He played three and a half seasons in various youth teams of Inter. In his first season he won as a replacement for Paolo Tornaghi the Campionato Primavera. 2008 Belec won the Torneo di Viareggio with prestigious Inter Primavera, where the final decision was taken against the youth team of Empoli in a penalty shootout by a parade of him.

Under Jose Mourinho Belec was used for the fourth goalkeeper in the A- team and in several pre-season games. In November 2009, he signed a five - year contract.

FC Crotone
