Vidin Province
The Oblast Vidin ( Bulgarian Област Видин ) is an administrative unit in the extreme north-western Bulgaria. It borders Romania in the course of the Danube and Serbia. The largest city in the region is the same Vidin.

In the oblast ( district) Vidin 128.050 inhabitants living on an area of 3033 km ².
In the north of the region, many Romanians who are called " Vlachs " live.
