Vigilante (video game)

Vigilante is an arcade game of the genre beat 'em up, which was developed in 1988 by Irem and later licensed to Data East. It was a successor to Kung- Fu Master, the first -scrolling beat ' em up from the year 1984.

Description

The graphics of the original arcade version was quite good and had a color palette of 544 colors. The backgrounds were detailed and varied. The graphic on the home computers (even on the C64 ) was significantly more primitive.
