Viktor Miroshnichenko
Viktor Miroshnichenko (Russian: Виктор Мирошниченко ;) ( born December 1, 1959 in Donetsk, Ukrainian SSR ) is a former Soviet boxer.
In 1980, Miroshnichenko Soviet champion at flyweight (-51 kg). In the same year he participated in the Olympic Games in Moscow and arrived after victories over Jorge Hernández, Cuba (4:1), Henryk Srednicki, Poland (5-0 ), and János Váradi, Hungary ( 4:1), the final. In this he faced the Bulgarian Petar Lessow, whom he defeated 4-1 judges' votes.
Miroshnichenko 1981 European Champion in Bantamweight (-54 kg). In the final he beat Sami Buzoli, Yugoslavia (5-0 ). His last international success was that reaching the finals of the World Championships 1982 in Munich. In this he was defeated by American Floyd Favors 3-2 judges' votes.
Miroshnichenko denied 202 fights of which he won 180.
