Villa Zeno

The Villa Zeno di Cessalto in Donegal in the province of Treviso, Veneto was designed by Andrea Palladio for Marco Zeno. The exact date is not documented. Trevisan holds about 1554 probably. In Bellieni / Cappellaro a later date (about 1565) is called. In the 17th and 18th centuries were made conversions. Here, the original design was thoroughly modified. Especially the original Therme window has disappeared.

The building was declared in 1996 by UNESCO with other Palladian villas to the world cultural heritage. Today, it is in strong need of renovation condition.
