Villard (automobile/cyclecar)

The Société des Automobiles Villard was a French manufacturer of automobiles.

Company History

The company from Janville began in 1925 with the production of automobiles. The brand name was Villard. 1935 production ended.

Rolling stock

It cyclecars were produced. Initially, a three-wheeler was offered, in which the only bike was the front. For use was a single-cylinder two -stroke engine with 345 cc displacement. Many of the tricycles were prepared as vans. 1927 was followed by four-wheeled automobiles in small numbers. Now, two-cylinder engines and V4 engines were available with a 500 cc engine capacity. Later followed a motor with 350 cc displacement. All vehicles had front wheel drive.
