Vilnius Court of Commercial Arbitration

Economic arbitration Vilnius ( Vilniaus komercinio arbitražo court set, Vcat; . Engl Vilnius Court of Commercial Arbitration, VCCA ) is an in Vilnius (Lithuania ) based institution of international arbitration. The VCCA can be called by all parties, regardless of the location of the branch or the legal system. Although the emphasis is on conciliation and arbitration provision of a formal Court, the VCCA is also active in mediation.

The court was created when you October 2003 two arbitrators ( lit. Arbitražo court set prie Asociacijos Tarptautiniai prekybos Rumai Lietuva Vilniaus tarptautinis komercinis arbitražas ) after the reorganization united (Cases were taken ).
