The Wilwa (Russian Вильва, komi новая вода ) is a left tributary of the USWA in the river system of the Kama in the Russian region of Perm.

The Wilwa rises in the western foothills of the Middle Urals. It flows in a westerly and southwesterly direction and opens in the city of Tschussowoi in the USWA, 4 km above its confluence with the Chusovaya. The Wilwa has a length of 170 km. Its catchment area covers 3020 km ². In the course of the river Wilwa the small town Gremyachinsk, a center of coal mining is.
