Vincenc Strouhal

Vincent Strouhal also Čeněk Strouhal ( born April 10, 1850 in Seč; † January 23, 1922 in Prague) was a Czech physicist in the field of hydrodynamics and an expert in experimental physics. Strouhal was one of the founders of the Physics Faculty at Charles University in Prague. He was also the rector of this university.
