Vincent Chepkok

Vincent Kiprop Chepkok (born 5 July 1988) is a Kenyan long-distance runner.

International Chepkok first appeared at the World Cross Country Championships in 2007 in Mombasa in appearance. In the junior race, he finished second behind his compatriot Asbel Kiprop and won with the Kenyan team the national rankings. At the World Athletics Championships 2009, he finished ninth in the 5000 - meter race and at the IAAF World Athletics Final in the same year in Thessaloniki seventh place over this distance.

2010 improved Chepkok in second at the Qatar Athletic Super Grand Prix in Doha, his best performance in the 5000 -meter run at 12:51,45 minutes and won at the FBK -Games in the 3000 -meter run. At the British Grand Prix in Gateshead, he won over the 5000 meters in his first race in the IAAF Diamond League. In the 3000 - meter race, he finished the ISTAF in Berlin with a personal best of 7:31,41 minutes into second place.

At the World Cross Country Championships 2011 in Punta Umbria Chepkok won the bronze medal in the men's race and the gold medal in the team competition.
