Vincent Elbaz

Vincent Elbaz ( born February 3, 1971 in Paris) is a French actor of Moroccan descent. Born as the son of Moroccan Jews who speaks both Arabic and French, and Hebrew.

Life

Elbaz finished his studies in acting at the Cours Florent after two successful years. In 1993 he got his first film role in Cédric Klapischs film Graduating Class: Wild Youth - 1975; his breakthrough he achieved in 1996 with Thomas Gilous Comedy Lies have short skirts and singles traveling by Philippe Harel, for which he won a César nomination. In 1998, Elbaz the Pirrot Price in Berlin and awarded the prestigious Jean Gabin - Prize.
