Vincent Laban

Vincent Laban ( born September 9, 1984 in Pau, France ) is a Cypriot - French footballer. He plays at left midfield and stands at Astra Giurgiu since 2013 under contract.

Career

Laban got 1999/2000 in the youth department of FC Nantes and moved in 2002 into the reserve team on, for which he came to 62 missions in two years. In 2004 he received a professional contract with Nantes, but completed in the 2004/05 season a competitive match for the first team. In summer 2005 he left France and moved to the Cypriot first division Digenis Akritas Morphou. By the descent of the club in the season 2006/ 07 Laban came to 42 league games for Morphou and then moved to Anorthosis Famagusta.

With Famagusta he was Cypriot champion in his first season. In qualifying for the UEFA Champions League 2008 / 09 season, he sat down with his club surprisingly against FC Pjunik, Rapid Wien and Olympiakos Piraeus by. Laban contributed to the successful qualification against Rapid and Piraeus per hit.

In the summer of 2013 he moved to the first Romanian League to Astra Giurgiu.
