Virginia Jetzt!

Virginia now! was a German -language indie pop band from Berlin, established in April 1999 in Elsterwerda. In May 2010, she announced her resolution for the end of the same year. Their last concert was Virginia now! on 22 October 2010 at Admiral Palace in Berlin.

Band History

The band through a demo CD, which was received at the Berlin radio station Fritz youth and was played there became known. Naming

The name of the band goes back to an anecdote, according to pianist Thomas Dörschel had met a girl named Virginia shortly after the founding of the band and invited them to a performance by the young band at the Immergut Festival.
