Viva Air ( International Search and Compare De Vacaciones SA) was a Spanish charter airline from 1990 onwards led by scheduled flights.

History

Viva Air was founded on 24 February 1988 as a joint venture airline Iberia and Lufthansa. Both companies were involved with 48 percent of the Viva Air. The start of flight operations took place on 15 April 1988 with four Boeing 737-300. The first charter flight went from Palma de Mallorca to Nuremberg. In spring 1990, the company hired an additional three Douglas DC -9- 32 from the Iberia and put them in their own colors by the end of 1991 to flights within Europe a.
