Vladimír Goněc

Vladimír Goněc ( born March 12, 1950 in Brno, Czechoslovakia ) is a Czech- Slovak historian and political scientist. He specializes in the cultural history, intellectual history, law, history and history of European integration. He is one of the founders of Sigmund Neumann Institute for Freedom and Democracy Research eV in Dresden. He works at Masaryk University in Brno ( Czech Republic).
