Vladimir Milić

Vladimir Milic ( born October 23, 1955 in Žegar, Zadar County ) is a retired Serbian shot putter who competed for Yugoslavia.

In 1979 he won at the Mediterranean Games, and in 1980 he was eighth at the Olympic Games in Moscow.

In 1982 he won at the Indoor Athletics Championships in Milan and was fourth at the European Athletics Championships in Athens. The following year, he finished fifth at the European Indoor Championships in Budapest, ninth at the World Athletics Championships in Helsinki and won the bronze medal at the Mediterranean Games.

In each case he was seventh at the 1986 European Championships in Stuttgart and at the European Indoor Championships 1987 in Liévin.

Six times he was Yugoslav champion in the shot put (1976, 1978-1980, 1985, 1986 ) and three times in the discus throw ( 1976-1978 ).
