Vladimir Popović (diplomat)

Vladimir " Vlado " Popović (Cyrillic Владимир Владо Поповић; born January 27, 1914 in Gornji Brčeli in Bar, Montenegro Kingdom, † April 1, 1972 in London) was a Yugoslav politician in the League of Communists of Yugoslavia.

After the Balkan campaign organized Popović in Croatia resistance against the occupying forces from Italy and the German Reich. After the seizure of power by the League of Communists of Yugoslavia, he became more political leadership positions in the Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia.
