Vladimir Ustinov

Vladimir Vasilyevich Ustinov (Russian: Владимир Васильевич Устинов; born February 25, 1953 in Nikolaievsk -on-Amur, Khabarovsk Krai ) is a Russian politician and former Minister of Justice of Russia.

He studied at the College of Justice in Kharkov, Ukraine., He became first officer of a public prosecutor, then prosecutor, most recently in the city of Sochi. After that, he was Russia's deputy attorney general and 1999 Russian General Prosecutor.

Ustinov was suspected to have unfounded set investigation for customs fraud against a Russian company. The Attorney General shall, in particular after the case against the former CEO of the oil company Yukos, Mikhail Khodorkovsky as a political tool of the government.
