Vodka Red Bull

Vodka Energy ( also Flügerl, vodka -E, Ferrari or Gummibärli ) is the name of a long drink consisting of vodka and an energy drink that is usually served in a highball glass with or without ice cubes. Due to the frequent use of the energy drinks brand Red Bull the drink of vodka Red Bull, Vodka Bull or Flügerl is (because of the advertising slogans Red Bull gives you wings ) called.

Meanwhile, there are also variations such as the Black Flügerl or the so-called Black Bull with black vodka. In Austria, the black mixture, especially under the name Black Rider is known. The mixture with red vodka is called Red -Red.

There are also mixes available at retail.

As in the beverage alcohol is combined with a stimulating acting caffeine, it can affect circulation in over-consumption. In Switzerland, the Food Act allowed ( do not mix with alcohol) on the energy drinks to be sold as mixed drink not because of the warning.
