Voiced palato-alveolar affricate

The term voiced affricate postalveolare is called in phonetics and general linguistics in the affricate [ dʒ ]. Your first part [ d] is formed at the alveoli, the alveolar ridge, the second [ ʒ ] slightly behind the alveolar ridge, hence the name postalveolar. The combination of [ dʒ ] is voiced, that is, produced with vibration of the vocal cords. In contrast, the affricate [ tʃ ] is formed voiceless in mud. In phonetics, the question of whether it is affricates just a sound or a combination of sounds is, depending on the theoretical background is answered differently.
