Vojin Bakić

Vojin Bakić ( born June 5, 1915 in Bjelovar, Austria - Hungary (now Croatia), † 1992 in Zagreb ) was a Yugoslav sculptor.

He studied art at the Academy in Zagreb and graduated with a diploma in 1939 from.

Bakić was an important representative of abstract sculpture and art after the Second World War.

Vojin Bakić took part in the Venice Biennale in 1956 and the documenta 2 in Kassel in 1959.
